Feel grounded, seen and held in a safe space dedicated to reclaim any part of you that has been lost, shaken up, forgotten, or fallen off path, and release anything that does not serve you. This 1:1 session uses a blend of modalities that is tailored to what you need right now.

Reclaim and Integrate is a 90 minute face to face session to deep dive into your healing. I offer a mix of modalities on and off the table, and tailor the session to what you are needing right now. These sessions work with your Spirit, higher self and physical body for healing on physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issues. Also looking at what karmic loops, limiting beliefs, negative patterns, past life or hereditary trauma that might be impacting you in your current day life.
I offer a safe, nurturing space to open and be witnessed. From this space we can explore the pain, anguish, trauma or confusion that is blocking you from reclaiming your sovereignty, your clarity and your worth.
Your session may consist of Holographic Kinetics, intuitive healing, breath work, meditation, ritual, tarot, Human Design coaching, and/or channelling.
Recenter Your Path

Feel safely witnessed and held in this nourishing space to open you to receive the guidance and clarity your Spirit needs right now. Blending tarot, Human Design coaching, and channelling to ground, inspire and recenter your path. Offered virtually or face to face.

Recenter Your Path is a 60 minute virtual or face to face session where you will be guided back home to your body and in alignment with your highest path. I offer a mix of modalities to tailor the session to what you are needing right now.
These sessions work with your Spirit, higher self and your Human Design blueprint. With your design chart we look at what makes you uniquely you, how to hone into your intuition and use your personal authority to make embodied and courageous choices in your life. Using the cards we unravel the issues and karma at play in your current situation to give you clarity, vision, calm, and empower you to take inspired action in the next steps of your journey.
